This year’s Summer Team Away Day brought us to The Bishop in Kingston, where we enjoyed a beautiful lunch overlooking Kingston Bridge and the River Thames.

With “Culture” as our theme, the day was a celebration of the diversity that makes our team so special. From sharing personal traditions and fun cultural facts to expressing ourselves through what we wore, it was a meaningful opportunity to learn more about one another and strengthen our connection as a team.

A big thank you to our amazing team for embracing the theme and making the day so enjoyable. Here’s to continuing to celebrate our differences and the strength they bring to our workplace.

The doors are officially open at Dorking House, Epsom ✨
Dorking House is a new 5-bedded supported living service for adults with mental health needs.
Set in a tranquil part of Epsom, it has been carefully developed to provide safe, comfortable accommodation alongside tailored support that promotes independent living in the community.
We’re excited to welcome our residents and begin this journey together.

We are delighted to share that Curado has now achieved Green Mark Level 1 accreditation for it’s residential care homes!
Green Mark is an internationally recognised environmental certification, demonstrating our commitment to operating in line with established environmental standards. This accreditation reassures both our clients and employees that sustainability is at the heart of how we do business.

We’re proud of this milestone, but this is just the beginning. Our next steps are to work towards Green Mark certification across our other homes and continue progressing through higher levels of accreditation.

In a sector historically dominated by women, we have witnessed a remarkable and inspiring increase in male co-workers —from less than 5% in 2018 to an impressive 30% in 2025.

This milestone represents far more than a numerical achievement. It reflects meaningful progress in diversity, representation, and inclusivity, demonstrating that our sector continues to evolve and welcome a broader range of talent, perspectives, and strengths.
