The sessions you remember for years, where one sentence changes a client’s breath, and a story they’ve told forever finally opens.

That’s building the trust with them.

But most trainings never teach you what to do once the emotion actually arrives.
Because it moves.

Anger becomes grief.
Grief reveals what it’s attached to.
A trigger today opens a conversation from twenty years ago.

Learn to work with that, and your deepest sessions stop being rare, they become repeatable.

Your name starts travelling with one sentence:

“They know how to work with what’s underneath this.”

This is what we train at ERA.
Next online Facilitator Training starts September 12th.

You already take clients further than most people in your field.

People come back, they tell you things they rarely say out loud, and they send friends because they trust what happens in your sessions.

And you know the difference between a client who feels better and a client whose life has genuinely changed.

That is who we built the Emotional Release Academy for.

For the bodyworker whose client suddenly starts crying on the table.

For the therapist who can hear the anger underneath years of insight.

For the coach who feels the exact moment a familiar story is about to become a real emotional process.

You want to know how to take those moments further.

Charge Work is our method for working directly with emotional charge, so you can recognise where the process is opening, follow anger into grief, work with protective parts, help clients speak words they have carried for decades, and guide the session somewhere complete.

The result is a very different standard of practice.

Your deepest sessions become repeatable.

Clients hold the boundary, have the conversation, make the decision, and come back because the work changed something they can actually live.

And over time, your name starts travelling with a sentence attached to it:

“Go to them. They know how to work with what is underneath this.”

Lisa entered ERA with decades of experience. Today, new clients come into her practice every week and her Emotional Release workshops have outgrown the room.

We have now trained 60 practitioners and supported 1,000+ clients through this work.

The next Emotional Release Facilitator Training begins September 12th.

Anger is what helps love keep its boundaries.

It is what lets someone say “this hurts,” “this is not okay,” “I need something different,” and “no” without abandoning themselves to preserve harmony.

And that matters enormously in practice, because your clients already bring you the relationships, resentment, people-pleasing and self-silencing that sit around those unsaid truths.

You already know how to help them understand the pattern, feel safer in their body and make sense of what happened.

The training adds the piece that becomes essential when the anger itself enters the room.

Inside the Emotional Release Academy, you learn how to work with emotional charge directly, so a client can move from understanding their boundary to feeling it strongly enough to speak it, from resentment into the grief underneath it, and from years of adaptation into a decision they can actually hold.

That gives your existing work more range and makes extraordinary sessions far more repeatable.

The angry daughter is the first person in the family willing to stop protecting the agreement everyone else depends on.

She names the manipulation, the double standard, addiction, emotional absence, the humiliation, the way one person’s comfort has been purchased with everybody else’s silence.

And because the system has organised itself around avoidance, her clarity feels dangerous.

So the family does something psychologically convenient: it turns the person pointing at the dysfunction into the dysfunction.

She becomes difficult, dramatic, unstable, disrespectful, too sensitive, too angry.

That is how scapegoating protects the system.

It is easier to exile the person who names the truth than to reorganise an entire family around it.

Anger does not create the injustice.

It reveals where the injustice has already been normalised.

And when that anger is met well, it can become incredibly intelligent.

It can show someone what they will no longer tolerate, where a boundary needs to exist, what relationship needs to change, and which version of themselves they are no longer willing to abandon.

This is why anger work matters so much.

At the Emotional Release Academy, we teach therapists, coaches and facilitators how to work with emotions, so a client who has seen four therapists says this was the first session where anything happened in their body.

The next round starts on September 12th.

They are NOT okay 😭

Not my usually content but I couldn’t keep it to myself.

Watching your friends get this unhinged over “a hockey show” might be the funniest and most wholesome thing I’ve ever witnessed.

Season 1 ended us 😹🍆

Genuinely though watching this changed my brain chemistry and opened my heart more.

Who’s joining our book club before season 2 next year?! 🫣

Okay, back to my regular serious ish content.
