We're excited to announce the launch of a new collection of coaching programs that is specifically designed in support of kids and teens mental health and wellbeing. Our upcoming coaching collection, is the result of years of research and collaboration with mental health experts, educators, kids and teenagers themselves.
Mental health is a critical aspect of overall well-being, and it's particularly important for kids and teens, who are going through a lot of changes and challenges. Unfortunately, as a result of lockdown, mental health issues among young people are on the rise, with depression, anxiety, and other conditions becoming more prevalent. That's why it's crucial to have effective support and resources in place to help young people cope with these challenges, build resilience and develop unshakable confidence.
Our coaching programs are designed to help kids and teens develop the skills and tools they need to navigate the challenges of childhood and adolescence, and build a strong foundation for their mental health, well-being recovery and resilience. It's a comprehensive collection of coaching programs, that covers a range of topics including;

One of the unique features of this is that it's not only LIVE online sessions, but also delivered through a combination of online resources and in-person support. Young people can access the program from anywhere, at any time, through a user-friendly online platform.They can work through modules at their own pace, or they can connect with trained NLP Coaches.
The program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of each individual young person, It's also evidence-based, meaning that it's grounded in the latest research and best practices for promoting mental health and well-being.
