Some of my absolute favourite foods at the best Taste of London on a glorious sunny happy Friday

Cocos Organic for the most delicious creamy organic yoghurt with live bacteria I’ve ever tasted.

BELAZU (Bel-uh-zoo) for fabulous olive oils, beans, delicious pastes and tapenades. They are also so very nice!

- their sustainably caught tuna in organic olive oil is the best and I even loved the herrings!

Everyone needs these - All Dressed Up - lovely for everything - fish, chicken, salads and yummy with new potatoes.

And one of my other favourites for olive oils, vinegars, raw honey and real Greek yoghurt - the glorious Odysea.

And finally the brilliant Frozen Organic Fruits and Vegetables, Smoothie Kits + more for organic frozen fruit and vegetables, many of which now feature in The Dirty Dozen list of most heavily pesticide sprayed fruit and veg. So at least buying these would be a good thing to do. Stock up your freezer - they are delicious!

I am at the glorious celebration of food (and drink) that is Taste of London in Regents Park with my gorgeous girl. The sun is shining, it’s Friday, there’s such a wonderful atmosphere, I have a glass of rose in my hand and I’m about to find my favourite foods to share with you.

One NOT to miss.
The fearless and fabulous BBC Today presenter taking about her experience of endometriosis.

Back in the old days women were actually committed to what were called ‘lunatic asylums’ because fainting or screaming in agony or writhing in pain was believed to just be women’s ’hysteria. Can you flaming believe it?!

There should be a special module purely on Endometriosis included with all doctor training now for awareness, diagnosis and appropriate treatment. For example there’s no point telling someone who is trying to conceive to just go on the pill or take super strong painkillers.

If your family and friends and even your partner perhaps think you may just be exaggerating a bit - it’s just bad period pain, take a pill and calm down - make them watch this.

Zita is the pioneer of the real meaning of the word ‘complementary’ treatments to help fertility. And she will always be a hero to me because back in those early days she was often pilloried and sneered at openly for just encouraging women to look at their nutrition and eat well for eggs and s***m, have counselling to help them cope and someone to support them if they were despairing and acupuncture to help everything - an ancient but different medical system - not exactly snake oil! Or even poor science, just common sence really and just so helpful and supportive for thousands of couples.

And now most sensible people accept that maybe all that may make a difference!
