Imagine being 20 years into a successful career and suddenly questioning whether you’re actually any good at your job.

For that was part of her experience of perimenopause.

Her self-doubt became so intense that she started carrying a resignation letter around because she was convinced she was going to be fired.

Her confidence dropped, she questioned her friendships, her career and her own worth. She describes that time as feeling like a shadow of herself.

And this is a side of perimenopause we ALL need to talk about more.

Because alongside the physical symptoms, changes in your confidence and self-esteem can have a huge impact on how you experience your entire life can’t they?

We want to open up this conversation, so tell us:
Did perimenopause change the way you saw yourself? What did you notice first?

If you’re taking a probiotic for perimenopause bloating, brain fog, broken sleep or low energy - the formulation matters as our Co-Founder explains.

Most probiotics are designed for general digestive support, but during perimenopause and menopause the gut also plays a huge role in oestrogen metabolism (which is why targeted support can make more sense than reaching for a generic probiotic).

Better Gut was formulated specifically for midlife women, with 6 targeted strains and 50 billion CFUs selected to support the gut-hormone connection.

So if you’re tired of feeling bloated and off balance, and you want support designed with perimenopause in mind - this is your next step.

Comment “Better Gut” and we’ll send you everything you need to know.

If you’re exhausted all day but suddenly wide awake at 3am, perimenopause can make sleep feel impossible to predict.

As explains, changing hormones can affect your sleep-wake cycle and nervous system, leaving you stuck in a frustrating pattern of broken nights, racing thoughts and mornings where you feel like you barely slept.

Better Night was developed by doctors specifically to support women through this stage of life. Its formula combines magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, saffron and key vitamins to support relaxation, normal nervous system function and better-quality rest.

Because the morning you actually want starts the night before; waking refreshed, thinking clearly and having enough energy for your day.

Ready to stop accepting broken sleep, comment Better Night and we’ll send you everything you need to know.

If bloating has become an everyday part of perimenopause, it can start to affect far more than how your stomach feels and looks.

Which is why when you take Better Gut, you start to feel better overall.

For Lisa, the biggest impact was that she noticed less bloating, better sleep and a calmer mood - so much so that she’s continued taking it for over a year.

Better Gut was specifically formulated to support the gut hormone connection, with six targeted probiotic strains and 50 billion CFUs in every daily capsule.

Are you also ready to stop accepting uncomfortable bloating as your new normal? If you are, comment Better Gut below and we’ll send you everything you need to get started straight to your inbox.

Perimenopause can make you feel like someone slowly turned your volume down on your whole life, can’t it?

It’s like you have less confidence, less desire and less energy for the things that used to excite you.

You might find yourself hiding more, saying no more often - or wondering where the woman who felt bold and switched on went.

But...midlife can also become the chapter where you reconnect with what makes you feel good, your confidence, your pleasure, your ambition, your voice and your spark.

Because you deserve to feel excited by your life again.

So if you’ve decided that you’re entering your “more of me” era, send this to the woman you want coming with you.

If increasing your fibre intake has left you feeling MORE bloated in perimenopause, your gut microbiome probably deserves some attention too.

As explains, fibre feeds the bacteria living in your gut.

But during perimenopause, changing oestrogen levels can affect the microbiome - including the estrobolome involved in oestrogen metabolism.

So alongside gradually building towards more plant variety through vegetables, fruit, pulses, whole grains, nuts and seeds, targeted probiotic support can give your gut something extra.

Better Gut contains six targeted bacterial strains and 50 billion CFUs, specifically formulated to support the gut-hormone connection during perimenopause and menopause.

Think more diverse plants, better-supported gut bacteria and fewer days spent wondering why your stomach suddenly feels uncomfortable after foods you’ve eaten for years.

What if we stopped treating perimenopause as something women simply have to endure?

and challenge that just because it’s a natural stage of life, we should somehow accept feeling less well in perimenopause.

You could spend decades of your life post-menopause, so protecting your long-term health matters, and so does your quality of life today.

That means taking your energy seriously, your confidence, your libido, your motivation and your desire to go out, connect, enjoy yourself and feel excited about your life.

You deserve a midlife that feels full, vibrant and very much yours.

What does “thriving” through perimenopause look like to you?

Ever had a full night’s sleep and woken up wondering whether any of it actually counted?

We feel like every single woman in perimenopause is absolutely nodding their head right now.

And we feel like this because perimenopause can affect the quality and continuity of your sleep - so spending eight hours in bed doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting the restorative rest your body needs.

That can look like lighter sleep, frequent waking or mornings where you feel so foggy and immediately start thinking about how many coffees is ‘too many’.

The goal though is to wake up feeling restored and ready for your day - rather than wondering how many hours it is until you can crawl back into bed.

We call it “fake sleep”” - and if you know exactly what we mean by this, let us know in the comments.

If perimenopause has turned bedtime into prime overthinking time, another cup of sleep tea probably isn’t the groundbreaking advice you came here for.

Try these instead ⬇️

🔹 Eat for tonight’s sleep this morning.

If you’re surviving on coffee, eating lightly through the day and arriving at dinner ravenous, look at your daytime eating pattern. Start with a protein-rich breakfast and build balanced meals around protein, fibre and healthy fats to support steadier blood sugar and energy.

🔹 Do a 10-minute “”brain download”” before your wind-down starts.

Write down what needs doing tomorrow, choose the three things that actually matter and get anything you’re scared of forgetting out of your head.

You’re giving your brain somewhere to store tomorrow so it doesn’t have to rehearse it at 3am.

🔹 If you’re lying there getting increasingly annoyed that you’re STILL awake, get out of bed.

Keep the lights low, leave your phone alone and do something quiet until you feel sleepy again.

This helps break the association between your bed and hours spent worrying, clock-watching and desperately trying to force yourself back to sleep.

Perimenopause sleep can need more support than “”have a bath and relax””.

Save these for the next night your body is exhausted but your brain has other plans.

If your response to stubborn midlife weight has been to eat less, train harder and become even stricter wants you to reconsider what your body actually needs.

Because spending your 40s permanently hungry, exhausted and frustrated by your waistline isn’t the outcome you’re working so hard for is it?

What you might not realise is that stress, blood sugar and metabolic health can all influence how your body manages energy during perimenopause.

Supporting those areas can help create a much more sustainable approach to weight management - and a much less frustrating one too.

Better Metabolism contains ingredients such as berberine, chromium and myo-inositol to support normal blood glucose levels and metabolic function, giving your body targeted support alongside the healthy habits you’re already building.

If you’re putting in the effort and want your body to feel supported by it, comment Better Metabolism and then use the code NAOMI20 at checkout for 20% off!
