Hannah came to me wanting to actually make some progress rather than just going through the motions.
Since then, she’s learnt how to build 80% of her diet around her goals while still having that 20% flexibility, and that’s how we’ve gotten from A to B.
although summer may have looked a little more like 60/40. Hannah hasn’t stopped putting the work in. She continued to train hard and consistently and made much more educated choices.
But understanding where your priorities lie is just as important. Maybe it wasn’t the perfect few months to focus on building or losing, but it was her last summer in London, so what if her priorities were elsewhere? It meant she could manage her expectations without feeling like she was constantly letting herself down.
She’s now moved to a whole new continent to start a new chapter and I genuinely can’t wait to get her started on her next phase over there too
