We are supporting the good The Good Grief Trust and our friends at Mortlake Crematorium on 7th December. Some of us may run, some may push a buggy, some may walk the dog…..it’s just about taking part! If you would like to join us please do!!

Time to get your trainers on as it is fast approaching our annual 5K Park Run/Walk at Gunnersbury Park on Saturday 7th December 2024 at 08.45 for Grief Awareness Week.

Grief Awareness Week is dedicated to raising awareness about grief, provide support to those who are grieving. It acknowledges that grief is a natural response to loss and aims to break the stigma surrounding this deeply personal and unique experience.

Crematorium visitors, their friends and family, funeral directors, ministers, celebrants, crematorium staff and charity staff we work closely with all take part.

Sign up to is free and is a great community event which takes weekly across the world. Everyone is welcome, all ages and abilities. Dogs are allowed at the Gunnersbury Park Run.

T-Shirts are available from the Crematorium, please let us know if you would like one, or you may prefer to wear a T-Shirt that represents a bereavement Charity that is important to you for example West London Sands The Good Grief Trust

kindly provide really lovely sausage or vegetable rolls at the end of the 5K for those running for Grief Awareness Week!
