Please note that we will be CLOSED on Monday 5th May 2025 for the bank holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday 6th May 2025 at 8am.

If you need any medical assistance during this time please contact NHS 111, visit your local Urgent Care Centre / Walk in Centre or contact your local pharmacy who can help with conditions under the Pharmacy First Scheme.

Any life threatening emergencies, please contact 999 or visit your closest A&E.

Hounslow Council and partners are teaming up to provide spaces and places for residents to keep warm and at the same time access help, support, and the opportunity to learn new skills.

On Tuesday 17th December 2024 you can visit Clayponds Community Centre between 13:30 - 14:30. They will also have free surplus food for collection, no referral needed.

It's Carer's Week! ❤

Today's post is in relation to financial support for carers.

Carers may be entitle to different forms of financial support. Once of these being carers allowance. According to the GOV.UK website you could get around £76.75 a week if you care for someone at least 35 hours a week and they receive certain benefits. You do not have to be related to, or live with, the person you care for. You do not get paid extra if you care for more than one person. If someone else also cares for the same person as you, only one of you can claim Carer’s Allowance. Jointly is an app that has been brought to you by CarersUK. Carer's can join the Jointly app for free This app will allow free access to a wide range of online resources to support carer's. You must create an account via these steps shown.

Jointly combines group messaging and to-do lists with other useful features, including medication lists, calendar and more. Jointly makes communication and coordination between those who share the care as easy as a text message
