As I look out of my window this morning on reflection, I think about the beautiful souls that have left this earth due to child birth which makes me think about my doula journey.

I woke up this morning in great reflection on my doula journey and where I am.
Sometimes as training to be a doula we forget about doulaing ourselves and show self love.
I show this picture to show the red roses I bought myself ❤️
The beautiful scent of my Yankee candle burning all night.
Finally I picture of myself and one of my fellow doula sister and sister of life, over the last few weeks she has given me words of wisdom and encouragement and for that I thank you doula sister.
