It always makes me laugh when someone says, “I don’t know how to manifest.”
The truth is, you’re manifesting every day. We all are.
Every thought you repeatedly entertain, every emotion you reinforce, every belief you hold and every action you take contributes to the direction your life moves in. In that sense, we are all master manifestors. The difference is that some people are conscious of the process, while others are doing it on autopilot. And manifestation isn’t some strange spiritual ritual either. That idea misses the point completely. At its core, manifestation is about thought, feeling, intention and action working together. It sits at an interesting intersection between meditation, psychology, philosophy and metaphysics.
Great thinkers such as Nikola Tesla, Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton all explored profound questions around energy, imagination, consciousness and the nature of reality, even if they weren’t using the modern word “manifestation.” Once you strip away all the hype, the principle becomes much simpler: see it, feel it, believe in the possibility, then act in alignment with it.
I’ve written an article exploring manifestation in much more depth, including meditation, Theta waves, subconscious reprogramming and heart and mind coherence. If you’ve ever thought manifestation was nonsense or something “too spiritual” for you, this might completely change the way you look at it.
Because once you understand the process, you may realise you have far more influence over the direction of your life than you think.
