A loud bang 💥 sounded and this had randomly falled from where it was hanging from…

Doubt and fear crops up not to put you off your dreams and goals, but right before you break through those limiting beliefs and achieve them..

Spiritual practices are transformative to release what no longer serves, to transform and return you back to alignment, creating boundless awareness…

But if you really want to catch your dreams you will have to chase them…

To truly manifest from alignment is action, to take that next step whilst in alignment that you are able to receive

This was a gentle reminder from spirit of just that 🙏🏻✨

I’m navigating some big life changes at the moment — including moving home and supporting loved ones through important shifts and matters of justice 🤍

Because of this, I’m taking a short pause from lives, readings, and healing while I recalibrate and create stability.

I just wanted to let you know I haven’t disappeared — I’ve been quiet while I adjust to some major changes, including moving home and some family commitments.

10 years since my dad passed… and it became the catalyst for my own transformation. 🤍

Nothing can ever prepare you for losing someone you deeply love…
That soul connection never truly leaves you — it changes you, shapes you… and for many of us, it becomes the beginning of a spiritual awakening.

People often tell you “time will heal”…
But time is an illusion… so how can it?

These past 10 years have been a journey of deep inner work, healing, and learning to live alongside grief — not fighting it.

And somehow… through it all…
my dad has stayed close.
In spirit, in signs, in guidance — and in the way he’s helped shape my spiritual path.

He has been my biggest encouragement to keep going… and to support others through their own awakening…
Because the truth is…

the soul lives on. ✨
