all welcome to this mid week in person offering…
WEDNESDAY 13 MAY 6:30pm-8pm

dr. francesca fremantle - author, scholar, student of chögyam trungpa rinpoche - wanted to first meet the students who may be interested in further (potentially) virtual sessions exclusively for sys.

sangyé yoga school offers this calibre of teachings/teachers to facilitate a deepening of the discerning students’ practice…not to be taken for granted.

(only slightly sorry for the lengthy one go and un-edited reel…so predictable in social media faux pas-ness and then posting it anyway.⚡️)

not to be missed if this is calling you…

francesca fremantle is returning to sangyé and offering this introduction to dzogchen meditation. this is in person at the yoga school, subsequent sessions most likely virtual but she would like to meet everyone first!

description: An introduction to Maha-Ati (Dzogchen) meditation. Also known as formless meditation, this practice is particularly suitable for our troubled times, cutting through confusion to direct recognition of our awakened nature.

The only prerequisite is a genuine interest in practicing this meditation.

francesca was a student of chögyam trungpa rinpoche and is an author (luminous emptiness), as well as a sanskrit and tibetan scholar.

Wednesday 13th May 6:30-8pm

suggested donation: £15 (more or less is ok:)
book in advance please.
