London: Stop "bracing" against your life. 🌲

Let’s be honest: Most confidence advice is not sustainable.

True confidence is simply the ability to stay soft when the world gets hard.

I’m opening up a few spots for our Tai Chi & Qigong Fusion classes at 79 Church Road (Kin Wellbeing).

This is for you if:
- Your mind is too busy to "just meditate."
- You’re tired of the "hustle" and want to find your Basecamp.
- You want to learn to stay calm in the middle of chaos.

The Details:
🥋 Level: Total Beginner (If you can breathe, you can do this).

⏳ Availability: Only 8 spots. I’d rather have a small, "locked-in" group than a crowded room of strangers.

Ready to find a flicker of ease?
✍🏼 WhatsApp "Tai Chi" to 07308889603. I’ll let you know if a space is open for you this week.

You wake up, go to work, come back home and struggle to live up to your expectations.

The house needs to be cleaned, dinner must be cooked, family needs to be taken care of, not to mention your social needs, time for exercise and of course some rest.
Zoning out on your phone/TV till you fall asleep.

Often, what we need to do is not the actual problem in our lives. It is the lack of:

- Flow
- Presence
- Energy
- Motivation

When those 4 become integrated into your daily life, it becomes almost effortless to get things done.

There is one practice in my experience, which can give you all 4 of these:

Tai Chi, the practice of highest harmony

Come and try a class in Crystal Palace for £12.50

We are at Kin Wellbeing Studio on Thursdays between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm

Tai Chi Workshop in South London

💚 The theme is: Harmony & Inspiration

Let's find your way to experience these qualities both in movement (Tai Chi) and everyday life.

These arts are for you, to support each and one of you on your respective journeys.

☯️ We are going to explore concepts and practices that help to bridge the gap between training and people bumping into you whilst you are rushing to work.

Harmony and Inspiration can be found in-between those too!

👇🏼 Please WhatsApp me or comment below if you would like to join the workshop 🙏🏼

I write to make sense of (my) world within the world. ☘️

I have been finding plenty of nuance and bliss in the Buddhist teachings recently

Here is a little reminder for myself, perhaps it will bring some goodness to you too.

❓Which part do you resonate with the most?

22/04/2025

I used to feel so frustrated with life.

The way other people treat us,
The political and exploitative behaviour from the top, as well as the 'little people'
The way we judge each other and the shame we hold towards ourselves.

I was never a fighter (in terms of social justice) however I was lucky enough to find a way to cut through the bullsh*t.

☯️ Tai chi offers a simple (yet incredibly deep) approach to life.

We maintain a strong (and correct) structure, and release everything else around it.

We cut through the worry, doubt, and shame just like a knife splits soft butter.

💜 Not by force, but by compassion.

The more we trust the process and maintain the effort, the more the body and mind become lighter, expansive and robust.

We build confidence via action, challenge and effort. Not by self-deception and indulgence in our wounds.

Come and join us on this Journey in Crystal Palace:

Tuesdays: 18:00-19:00
Thursdays: 18:30-19:30

Drop me a message or comment below of interested 🙏🏼

Wishing everyone a beautiful Easter! 🐣

Regardless of your religious background, I wish you to have a day filled with light and ease.

Just as a flower blooms in spring,
the soul blooms when it feels at home 💜

May we all dwell in a home of love, peace, and the power to help others ☯️✝️☸️

*Fun music for the smiles :)*

Tai Chi has been changing my life over the past 12 years ☯️

- Throwback to November 2024 -

It got me out of the numbness, despair and overwhelm of life.
Of course it wasn't a sudden change, rather a gradual transformation that is still ongoing.

Last November I had a pivotal moment of receiving my official certification as a teacher and instructor.

Although it has been a few years since I have received permission to teach, this moment felt pivotal.

The last 2 years have felt as if a chapter is closing and a new opening.

I feel as last year truly showed me how I can show up to support others as opposed to being one that is seeking validation and support.

I really appreciate all the help and teaching I have received from all my mothers, brothers and sisters ☺️

Special thanks to my teacher Anita for introducing me to these arts. For her continuous efforts to the arts, her students and the many many teachings I have received from her.

Thank you again for organising that beautiful (surprise) birthday dinner for me and those attending! 😌

I am grateful for everyone that I have met on this path. Whether you were a student or teacher, you have all taught me something precious 🙏🏼

The joy of humanity 🌞

02/04/2025

has long been a central part of my life ☯️

The transformation I have experienced in my own life and the I see in the life of other people -supported and enhanced- by these arts, never cease to inspire me.

The road is long and vast. Full of wonders, friends and support.

🌞 Come and join us in for Tai chi classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

1 day workshops are coming soon 🔥
