Join us for a powerful Full Moon in Aries ceremony, combining meditation, ceremonial cacao and an immersive sound bath to release what is no longer serving you and reconnect with your inner strength.
This September Full Moon carries the fiery energy of Aries , courage, independence, authenticity, action and the confidence to choose yourself.
With the Sun in Libra illuminating our relationships with others and the Full Moon in Aries illuminating our relationship with self, this is an opportunity to reflect:
Where have you been abandoning yourself to keep the peace?
What emotions or old patterns are you ready to release?
Where are you being called to trust yourself and move forward?
We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and setting our intentions for the afternoon.
You will then be guided through a powerful Full Moon releasing meditation and ritual, using conscious breath, somatic awareness and intention to release emotional heaviness, limiting beliefs and patterns that are ready to be left behind.
Finally, surrender into a deeply restorative Full Moon Sound Bath, surrounded by the vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments. Allow the body to soften, the nervous system to settle and everything we have moved through during the ceremony to integrate.
