Rémedy 👇👇

1. Wárm Sált Water Rinse
Mix ½ teaspoon of sált in a gláss of wárm water.
Swîsh for 30 seconds and spît out.
Repeat 2–3 times daily.

2. Good Oral Hygîéne ❤️
Brûsh gently with a soft-brîstled tóóthbrush twice daily.
Fl0ss carefully to rem0ve trápped food and pláqûe.

3. Stay Hydráted
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
A d,ry mouth can w0rsen gûm irrit@ti0n.

4. C0ld C0mpress 😉
Apply a c0ld compress to the outside of the cheek for 10–15 minutes at a time to help redûce swélliñg.

5. Av0id Irrit@ñts
Av0id t0bacc0, exc£ssive alc0hol, and very spîcy foods until the swéllîng improves.

6. Cl0ve
Cl0ve contains c0mp0unds that may help reliéve gum disc0mf0rt.
