As covid rules are relaxing we have updated our policies on wearing masks. Whilst in reception we do not require them. However in the confines of the treatment room we do ask that you continue to wear one of the masks that we will provide. Of course if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask in all areas we are happy to support this. In addition, we have also increased our classes in Fitness Hub East London and are now offering 1-1 PT sessions.

The recent lockdown has given us a chance to have a look at what we do and start to upgrade a few things. Currently we are in the porcess of updating our booking system and appointments diary. This should make booking your appointments much easier and give you automatic access to invoices. We will also launch an automated waiting list for both physio and pilates. Once we are ready to go live we will post further details.
