This is why evidence matters to us.

Our research found a 49% reduction in depression, one of a number of significant outcomes associated with the danceSing programme.

Behind that number are people. People feeling more engaged, more connected and experiencing better wellbeing.

Wellbeing is not one dimensional.

Our physical health affects how we feel. Our mood affects how much we engage. Connection affects our sense of belonging. Music can unlock emotion and memory.

That is why danceSing brings movement, music and mindfulness together in one digital wellbeing platform, supporting physical, cognitive, emotional and social wellbeing.

We are living longer, but perhaps the more interesting question is, how do we want those additional years to feel?

Healthy ageing is about protecting our ability to participate in life, maintaining relationships, staying curious, continuing to move and finding reasons to look forward to tomorrow.

Healthy ageing is about so much more than adding years to life. It is about continuing to experience joy, connection, confidence, purpose and the things that make us feel like ourselves.

At danceSing, that is at the heart of everything we do. Movement, music and mindfulness are not simply activities to fill time. They can create moments that genuinely matter.

We’re thrilled to share that danceSing has been named a Finalist in the Digital Engagement category at the NAPA Activity Awards 2027! 🎉

This one means a lot to us because digital engagement isn’t about technology for technology’s sake, it’s about people.

It’s about the resident who joins in with a dance from their chair, the person who reconnects with a memory through music, the team member who finds a new way to bring people together, and the homes using movement, music and meaningful activity every single day.

We’ve always believed technology can be used to enrich lives, support wellbeing and create genuine human connection, particularly as we age.

A huge thank you to every care home, team member, resident and partner who uses danceSing and continues to help us shape what we do.

We are incredibly proud to be recognised by NAPA, and very excited for the awards! 💙

Here’s to making movement, music and connection part of living well at every age.

Why we train the eyes, brain and balance at danceSing

• Eyes, visual focus and tracking help support balance and stability.

• Balance, challenging the vestibular system supports coordination and spatial awareness.

• Brain, combining movement, vision and head turns challenges the brain and supports reaction and everyday function.

• Body awareness, improving awareness of where your body is in space supports better, more confident movement.

Because how we move, think and feel today helps shape how we age tomorrow. 🧠💜

Awards are wonderful. Impact matters even more.

I’m incredibly proud that danceSing has been recognised by SME News with two national awards:

🏆 Best Digital Health Solution for Ageing Populations 2026
🏆 Purpose Driven Technology Excellence Award 2026

When we started this journey, our vision was simple.

To harness technology to enrich lives, empower care teams and help older adults live happier, healthier and more connected lives.

Today, our platform supports care homes, retirement communities and older adults with evidence based movement, music, reminiscence, therapeutic radio and AI powered wellbeing resources.

But what makes me most proud isn’t the awards.

It’s hearing that a resident smiled for the first time in weeks.

It’s knowing a care team feels more confident because they have trusted resources at their fingertips.

It’s seeing research that shows improvements in wellbeing, while reducing stress for both residents and the people who care for them.

Purpose driven technology should never replace human connection.

It should strengthen it.

A huge thank you to our incredible team, our research partners and every care provider who believes that wellbeing deserves to be at the heart of ageing.

This recognition inspires us to keep innovating.

The best is still to come.

The best investment you can make in resident wellbeing isn’t another activity. It’s 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺.

Care teams don’t need more to do.

They need trusted, 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 that make delivering exceptional wellbeing easier, every single day.

That’s why we built 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴.

A digital wellbeing platform that gives teams instant access to engaging activities, therapeutic music, reminiscence, movement, quizzes, cognitive stimulation and more, all ready to use when they need it.

The impact goes beyond residents.

Our research found:
✨ Staff wellbeing increased by 26%
✨ Staff stress reduced
✨ Residents experienced significant improvements in wellbeing, including lower levels of depression, anxiety and loneliness.

Technology should never replace care.

It should empower the people who provide it, giving them more time, more confidence and more meaningful moments with the people they support.

If you’re leading a care or senior living organisation, what’s the biggest barrier preventing your teams from delivering outstanding wellbeing every day?

Could dancing be one of the best things you can do for your brain? 💙

A landmark study found that, of all the leisure activities studied, regular dancing was associated with the lowest risk of developing dementia.

It makes sense. Dancing brings together movement, memory, balance, coordination, music, social connection and joy, all at the same time.

At danceSing, we see every day how music and movement can lift mood, build confidence and help people stay active, whether they’re living independently or in a care home.

Every step counts. Every song matters. Keep moving. 💙
