The number ONE hack to achieve better sleep 😂

It's probably time to ask them to go to their GP for a checkup but in the meantime, improve your quality of sleep with custom made ear plugs. Not only are they for reducing the noise around you when you're awake but also when you go to bed.

You'll be wearing your hearing aids a lot so we need to make sure it is as comfortable as can be for you, otherwise you won't be wearing them even if you wanted to.
