Some methods are inherited.

This one was built.

After more than 30 years of clinical practice including over two decades on Harley Street I developed Acuskinlift™ as a structured clinical methodology integrating acupuncture, facial anatomy, tissue physiology, and contemporary understanding of skin ageing into a single framework.

It was not created in a classroom.

It evolved through thousands of patient consultations, continuous refinement, and a commitment to asking deeper questions about how tissue responds, adapts, and ages.

Today, I am delighted to share that the Acuskinlift™ Clinical Academy has been recognised as an IICT Training Provider, bringing formal educational recognition to a methodology that has been developed through decades of clinical practice.

At the same time, two scientific papers arising from this work have recently been submitted for peer review, marking the beginning of a new chapter focused on research, education, and scientific dialogue.

For practitioners who believe that technique alone is not enough and that understanding the biology behind what we do matters I look forward to sharing more in the months ahead.

Harley Street. Clinical practice. Scientific inquiry.

The methodology reflects all three.

What if skin ageing is not primarily a cosmetic issue, but a biological one?

I’ve just spent two inspiring days from 27-29th of May, at Clinique La Prairie’s Longevity Hub in Madrid, immersed in conversations around healthspan, regenerative medicine, and the future of how we age.

One thing is becoming increasingly clear:

Longevity is no longer about simply living longer.

It’s about preserving vitality, cognitive function, resilience, metabolic health… and yes, skin integrity too.

Because our skin is not separate from our biology.

Collagen quality, inflammation, circulation, nervous system balance, recovery capacity, these all shape how we age, both internally and visibly.

This philosophy has long informed my own clinical work.

AcuSkinLift™ was never conceived as a superficial aesthetic treatment, but as a regenerative approach to supporting facial structure, tissue vitality, and skin longevity through science-led acupuncture.

I believe the future of aesthetic medicine will increasingly move in this direction:

less correction, more preservation.

Do you think ageing well starts long before visible ageing appears?

👇 I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Quiet restoration has become the new luxury.

More and more patients are moving away from aggressive aesthetic interventions and looking instead for treatments that support the skin naturally and intelligently.

AcuSkinLift™ was developed to support facial ageing through fascia-informed acupuncture, regenerative stimulation, circulation, and collagen support, helping the face appear more rested, lifted, and structurally supported over time.

Not by changing the face.

But by supporting the biology of the tissues themselves.

Without injectables.
Without surgery.

The face is not losing substance.
It is losing organisation.

Most people don’t come in because of “volume loss.”

They come in because something feels different.

They look in the mirror and notice
the face no longer holds in the same way.

They describe it as looking “tired.”
Or feeling like something has shifted, even if they can’t explain it.

What they are seeing is not a lack of volume, it is displacement.

Bone, fat, and connective tissue are no longer holding their original relationship to one another.

So when volume is added to a structure that has already shifted,
it doesn’t restore the face. It creates heaviness.

My work begins by understanding what has moved and why.

Where the structure is still coherent.
Where it has begun to lose its position.

Because restoration is not about adding more.

It is about allowing the face to hold itself again.

The longevity industry is currently obsessed with data. We track our Heart Rate Variability (HRV), metabolic output, and cellular senescence markers with precision, yet we often overlook the skin, the body’s largest and most information-rich organ.

While the aesthetics industry traditionally approaches facial ageing as a cosmetic concern, using fillers to mask volume loss, this perspective often ignores the foundational issue: the structural atrophy of the facial fascial matrix.

AcuSkinLift™ is not an aesthetic intervention; it is a clinical engagement of the biological scaffold. By restoring structural density rather than adding artificial mass, we address the aging process at the level where it actually occurs: the connective tissue.
For those who are already managing their biological age through nutrition, stress regulation, and performance medicine, AcuSkinLift™ is the missing structural variable.

Sunday morning reflection: We often treat our faces like a project to be “fixed.”

But the most sophisticated approach to ageing isn’t about chasing volume, it’s about restoring the architecture.

At my Harley Street medical suite, I see many patients who have fallen victim to the misconception that ageing is purely about volume loss.
In reality, it is a complex structural event: bone resorption, atrophy of deep fat pads, and thinning of the skin matrix.

Adding more product to a face that is experiencing structural collapse often leads to a heavy, artificial appearance. Clinical insights suggest deep fillers can actually may compromise the bone, potentially accelerating resorption.

I take a different path.
This is where AcuSkinLift™ intervenes. Rather than merely masking structural shifts, the method employs precise neuro-biological stimulation to re-engage the fascia and skin matrix.

We aren’t adding weight; we are re-programming your biological scaffold to lift, firm, and restore internal tension from within.

The difference between looking “done” and looking restored is the difference between art and artifice.

True aesthetic longevity is found in structural integrity, not temporary enhancement.

If you are seeking a general relaxation session, this practice is not for you.

I specialise in a systemic biological reset, specifically, the AcuSkinLift Method.

I utilise the mechanics of needling not to “balance energy” in the traditional sense, but to provide the precise inputs your skin’s biological architecture requires to upgrade. We are not filling or masking; we are demanding a structural, regenerative response from your own tissues.

The outcome is structural rejuvenation, restored fascial activity, and enhanced microcirculation, reversing the markers of fatigue from the inside out.

This is a medically-backed approach for those who prioritise long-term biological integrity over superficial trends.

The chair is empty, but the energy remains.

A demanding week in the suite has concluded, and as the London bustle fades into the weekend, I’m left reflecting on the quiet privilege of this work.
We speak the language of longevity here, carefully curating, preserving, and restoring.
It is a joy to witness clients leave with a renewed sense of self; looking younger, certainly, but mostly looking exactly as vibrant as they feel.

The work is finished, and the stillness is most welcome.

The era of the “quick fix” is fading.

Returning to London from a restorative Greek Easter break, I’ve been reflecting on the evolution of aesthetics.

In my practice, we are moving away from the “mechanical” approach, chasing isolated actives or superficial trends and returning to the Art of Skin Longevity.

True beauty is architectural. It is not about treating symptoms; it is about mastering the systemic, biological wellness that keeps the skin vibrant for the long term.

As I reopen my Harley Street clinic next week, my diary is currently at capacity, a testament to patients who value this artisanal, generalist approach over aggressive intervention.

The future of aesthetics is about depth, honesty not distraction.

London, it’s good to be back!
