🕶️ कालो चस्मा—फेसन मात्र होइन, आँखाको सुरक्षा पनि हो! ☀️👁️

घाममा बाहिर निस्कँदा कालो चस्मा लगाउनु केवल स्टाइलका लागि होइन। सही UV protection भएको sunglasses ले आँखालाई सूर्यका हानिकारक किरणबाट जोगाउन महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छ।

🌞 ५ स्वास्थ्य कारण—किन लगाउने कालो चस्मा?

① ☀️ UV किरणबाट सुरक्षा
UVA/UVB किरणको अत्यधिक exposure बाट आँखालाई जोगाउन मद्दत गर्छ।

② 👁️ मोतिबिन्दुको जोखिम घटाउन सहयोग
दीर्घकालीन UV exposure मोतिबिन्दु (Cataract) को जोखिमसँग सम्बन्धित छ। UV-blocking sunglasses ले exposure कम गर्न मद्दत गर्छ।

कालो लेन्स हुँदैमा UV protection हुन्छ भन्ने होइन। UV400 वा 100% UVA/UVB protection भएको गुणस्तरीय sunglasses रोज्नुहोस्।
