Loved teaching in this beautiful tent Wellness in the Wild Festival in the Suffolk countryside over the weekend - thank you so much to the lovely team there for inviting me. 🙏

A beautiful few days in nature full of yoga, sound baths, meditation and grounding. 🍃

And a couple of tequilas. 🤪

Thank you also to David who gave me a wonderful sound experience where I stood in a giant singing bowl ✨ (apologies for my RBF in the video, can’t help it 🙈 promise I loved it! 🤣) - definitely going to try this again.

Feeling sad that festival season is almost over! 🥲

BUT summer is not quite done yet… our Sicily retreat is less than 2 weeks away! 😍 (Last minute spots available - DM for info)

It sounds dramatic to call a retreat “life-changing” but honestly this has regularly been the feedback I’ve received from our guests. 🙏

Sometimes all it takes is stepping outside your normal environment for a little while, leaving your routine behind and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that you’ve forgotten.

We give you the space to remember who you were before life became so busy. ✨

And even just travelling to a new place can entirely shift your perspective… especially if you do it solo.

Have you ever come back from travelling and felt different in the best possible way? 🙏

“We are all made of stars” ✨

I almost didn’t go to this. Life is so busy and it was a 5 hour drive each way to Brighton from Willow Moon: Boutique Retreat 🙏

I’m SO glad that I did.

I was obsessed with moby xⓋx ‘s Play album whemoby xⓋxa teenager… I used to lie in the garden listening to it on my minidisc player (RIP), looking up at the stars and crying but not knowing why. I was just moved by the music I guess, and feeling things I didn’t understand. (My parents were highly concerned lol)

If you’ve ever been to one of my retreats I can almost guarantee that Porcelain was played at some stage. 😄 Possibly the most beautiful track ever written, and extremely special to see live. 🥹

Everyone was PROPERLY raving. Hardly any phones out (ok, guilty 😬)… just arms in the air, being present in the moment and moving together to the beat.

Perhaps controversial but I don’t think anyone does this better than the UK. (Including Ibiza, as much as I love it - don’t come at me) 😄
