Cuddle therapy is for anyone who may be craving safe, supportive, human connection in a completely platonic and consent-based environment.
Life can feel overwhelming, lonely, stressful, or emotionally exhausting at times, and many people go long periods without comforting touch, affection, or genuine presence.

🤍Cuddle therapy may benefit people who are:
-Feeling lonely or isolated
-Experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout
-Healing from grief, heartbreak, or life changes
-Neurodivergent or touch-deprived
-Struggling with self-esteem or emotional connection

Trying something new often means stepping outside our comfort zone, but on the other side of that fear, calm and positive experiences await us.✨

🌙Cuddle Therapy is tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are designed to be safe, gentle, and focused on comfort, allowing you to fully relax and regulate your nervous system.⭐️

Many clients find themselves so relaxed that some even drift off to sleep during the session. If you ever feel unsure or uncomfortable at any point, open communication is always encouraged. There is no pressure to talk and we can simply relax in silence if that feels right for you 🤍

Your nervous system needs safety 🤍

We often try to “think” our way out of stress, but the nervous system responds to more than thoughts alone. Ongoing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and burnout can leave the body in a constant state of alertness, making it difficult to truly relax.

When clients come to one of my sessions, my main focus is to help them feel safe, supported, and fully at ease. The environment is intentionally calm and cosy, designed to encourage the body and mind to slow down and regulate.

It’s completely natural to feel slightly nervous before trying something new, especially during a first session. 🤍 However, once the body begins to experience a sense of safety and comfort, many clients naturally start to relax and unwind.
Sometimes clients even become sleepy during the session, and this can happen as cortisol (the stress hormone) begins to lower and the nervous system shifts into a calmer, more regulated state.

My intention is to create a safe, supportive space where people can temporarily step away from daily stress and simply allow themselves to rest.🩷✨

When released, it can help reduce stress levels, ease anxiety, and create a sense of emotional comfort.

I want to take a moment to clearly outline the boundaries for my services, so everyone knows what to expect and feels safe, respected, and comfortable.

✨ This is a strictly professional service
All sessions are focused on wellbeing and support. They are not romantic or sexual in any way.

✨ No sexual behaviour
Any form of sexual behaviour, requests, or comments is not allowed. If this boundary is crossed, the session will end immediately.

✨ No outfit or appearance requests
I do not accept requests regarding what I wear or how I present myself. My sessions are about your wellbeing, not personal preferences around appearance.

✨ Respectful communication only
All messages and interactions must remain appropriate and respectful at all times.

✨ No drugs or alcohol
Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during sessions. This is essential to maintain safety, consent, and a positive experience.

✨ Consent and comfort come first
Everything we do is discussed beforehand, and both of us have the right to pause or stop at any time.

✨ Right to refuse or end sessions
I reserve the right to decline or end a session if any boundaries are not respected.
These boundaries are in place to protect both you and me, and to ensure every session remains a safe, calm, and positive experience 🌿
