Back pain and spasms — my own experience

I damaged my back in a motorcycle crash over 30 years ago, and I’ve suffered with back pain and spasms ever since.

Yesterday, I could hardly walk. I couldn’t get out of a chair, getting in and out of the car was agony, and even walking or lying down was incredibly painful.

I had a Bowen Therapy treatment with Logan Finch.

Today, I’m amazed at the difference. I’m up and down, I can take a good stride and, most importantly, I’m no longer living in that same level of agony. My friend who was staying with me couldn’t believe the change she was seeing.

Over the years I’ve tried many different therapies for my back. Bowen was the one that made the biggest difference for me.

Logan and I studied Bowen together over 10 years ago, and this gentle therapy has genuinely changed my life.

If you suffer from back pain or spasms, Bowen Therapy may be worth exploring. Find a qualified Bowen therapist and see whether it could help you too.
