Something that made me happy today ♡

A client who visited me for the first time in two years said to me,

I’m getting older, I have pigmentation, and I find it difficult to lose weight—but my skin has remained consistently healthy and in great condition.

Originally from Japan, Shoko is a qualified Judo Therapist with a strong background in rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care.

Before becoming a massage therapist, she spent three years working in a rehabilitation clinic, treating sports injuries and supporting clients with pain, tension, and movement issues.

Her clinical background allows her to look beyond the area of discomfort and understand where tension may truly be coming from. With a calm, thoughtful approach and skilled hands, Shoko’s treatments are ideal for anyone experiencing neck and shoulder tension, back pain, or everyday stress.

When I travelled to Japan earlier this year, I originally went to learn a new facial technique.

But after experiencing the Katsuyama Method Cranial Foot Care for myself, I knew I had to bring it back to London. I asked my teacher if I could learn this technique too, and thankfully, she agreed.

I’m so glad she did.

It’s incredibly gentle and deeply relaxing, yet the results have surprised so many clients.

NF Therapy is one of the gentlest treatments among our device-based therapies, as it does not generate heat or electrical stimulation.

Despite its gentle approach, it is highly effective in helping to regulate the autonomic nervous system and release tension within the fascia.

As the treatment is performed using a conductive gel, it feels soothing and refreshing on the skin, making it especially comfortable during the warmer summer months.
