Happy and blessed Purnima Shraddha
On the day of the full moon Shraddha that opens this year’s ancestral portal 🙏🏽🌕
we pause with gratitude for all those who came before us—
our ancestors, elders, relatives, chosen family,
and all whose lives helped make ours possible.
We remember those whose names we know 💛
and those whose names have been forgotten 🩵
We remember those whose stories were passed down
and those whose stories were lost.
May those who have gone before us be held in peace, light and love.
We give thanks for the strength, wisdom, sacrifices and hopes they carried forward through us.
May the gifts of their lives continue,
and may we have the courage to heal what needs healing in our ancestral blood line.
May we leave a kinder world for those who come after us 🙏🏽
