A little life update…
This time last week I was in hospital having a spinal surgery. Not quite the fantasy I had for this year, but life is a mystery :)
I’m now home and recovering well, and feeling genuinely grateful for the care and support I’ve received.
A heartfelt thank you to the team at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, who have supported me over the past few years with such professionalism, clarity and kindness.
I also want to say a sincere thank you to everyone who has sent messages, check-ins and well wishes. They really do mean a lot, even if I’m a little slower to respond while I recover.
Following medical advice (firmly delivered by my in-house husband and hospital 😊), I’ll be taking around 6 weeks away from 1:1 sessions and work commitments. Between recovery, limited voice use, and the need to properly rest, I’m planning to return in June.
While part of me would love to be back sooner, I know this time is important to allow full healing so I can return properly and be fully present for my work.
If you were hoping to book in, thank you for your patience and
understanding. I’ll share updates and let you know as soon as appointments reopen.
For now, the focus is rest, recovery, and doing things properly… even if I’m not the most natural at slowing down.
Thank you again for your continued support.
Dan ✨
