This week our inaugural chair Melanie Bubb attended the CDO roundtable meeting in London. In Melanie's words:

"A very interesting day in which we discussed ways to promote oral health to the nation; to help improve outcomes not only dentally but also the effects in general health & wellbeing.
As one presenter said " The mouth is where it starts". 👄

"Early detection in mouth cancer was also discussed, we heard the patients journey and how improvements in detection and signposting to support for patients should be a priority for us all!"

The College has begun the process of appointing its next President, to serve from June 2027 - June 2030.

The President chairs and represents the elected College Council, is accountable to the Board of Trustees, and is the College’s most senior and visible office holder.
