Plastic surgery doesn’t just lift the skin, it can address the layers beneath it.

Facial ageing affects multiple anatomical layers, which is why modern facial rejuvenation is about much more than simply tightening skin.

1️⃣ Skin – Excess skin and laxity can be addressed surgically, while skin quality may require additional treatments.

2️⃣ Fat – Fat compartments can deflate and descend. Surgery can reposition, preserve or restore volume where appropriate.
