✨ Breast Implant Removal & Mastopexy ✨
This 58-year-old patient originally underwent breast augmentation many years ago, followed by an implant exchange with a breast uplift. She subsequently decided to have her implants removed, along with a further uplift (mastopexy) 📝
As you can see in the pre-operative photographs, she had developed what is known as a waterfall deformity. This can occur over time as the natural breast tissue and ni**le become more lax, while the implant remains positioned higher on the chest — creating a ‘waterfall’ appearance over the implant 💭
These photographs were taken at 3 months post-operatively. The breasts will continue to settle and mature, and the scars will gradually fade over time ⭐️
Thank you to our lovely patient for letting us use your images 💐
