Rebuilding the DNA of entrepreneurship within the Healing Arts.

Building a thriving Healing Arts business is about being a consistent, trusted, brilliant practitioner, yes.

We spend years developing our intuition. We learn to trust our hands, our hearts and our connection to something greater than ourselves.

We become extraordinary facilitators of transformation.

But is is also about becoming the kind of person who can build, create and lead.

That might sound obvious, but I don't think many practitoners have consciously cultivated that part of themselves.

It is essential to strengthen what I now call the Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Something much deeper than business skills alone.

The DNA of entrepreneurship.

The part of us that pioneers.
That creates.
That builds.
That sees possibilities where others see obstacles.
That keeps going when something doesn't work the first time. That learns, adapts and creates again.

Many practitioners never planned to become entrepreneurs.

We simply fell in love with helping people and making the world a better place.

Then one day we realised that if we truly wanted our work to reach more lives, we also needed to learn how to build a system that works. That we don't hate.

The challenge is that many of us don't have generations of healthy modelling around this.

Many of our ancestral wisdom keepers were persecuted for the very gifts we carry today. We don't exactly have generations of entrepreneurial role models showing us how to confidently share our work, create wealth or build thriving practices.

In many ways, we are pioneers.

I believe it's time we started rebuilding the DNA of entrepreneurship within the Healing Arts.

Building businesses that support our families, create opportunities again and again, and allow our work to reach the people who need it most.

We need different frameworks and a different language to communicate the beauty of what we do in the Healing Arts.

Our work has been consistently needed and valuable, but the world has changed, and we need to adapt to be heard and seen.

Most of us trained in a modality.

We learned how to facilitate transformation.

We learned the theory, the practice and the techniques.

Very few of us were taught how to communicate the beauty of what we do in a way that people can truly feel, understand and trust.

That is one of the biggest challenges I see across the Healing Arts.

You need to be able to transmit the value of that work with clarity, confidence and conviction.

You need language that resonates.

Frameworks that make the invisible visible.

And underneath all of that, you need the inner capacity to hold greater visibility, responsibility, clients and prosperity.

Money Story Distortion in the Healing Arts & Collective thought form that impact our whole industry

The more years I spend working with practitioners, I see how important this topic is...still!

I wish it was an old story now- but it is alive and kicking.

I see it over and over again, practitioners limiting themselves because they think clients won’t spend money, that people in their local area don’t spend on healing, that earning a lot of money is not spiritual…I could keep going…

These distorted beliefs are the biggest challenges facing the Healing Arts on a day to day basis.

To the point where we have a collective thought form that impacts our whole industry.

Many of us have inherited a distorted relationship with business, money and success that has become so normal we barely question it anymore.

For some reason, we've accepted that helping humanity and creating wealth sit at opposite ends of the spectrum.

We've normalised undercharging, over-giving and waiting for the Universe to send the next client.

We've created a profession where extraordinary practitioners often find it harder to build wealth than people selling products that don't change anybody's life.

That doesn't make sense to me.

This creates distortion in our wellness, our blossoming, our creativity and ability to impact who we came to impact.

These are ways of thinking that have been passed from one generation to the next until they begin to feel like normality.

This is not normal.

It is born from eons of vilifying the healing arts, the feminine arts and empowerment of humanity.

I believe it is why practitioners are not building the businesses they are truly capable of creating.

I want to gather transformational practitioners and awaken our entrepreneurial DNA to create wealth and prosperity and impact the world in meaningful ways.

Why do some practitioners build thriving, sustainable businesses around their extraordinary work whilst others, equally gifted, remain hidden?

I've worked with body workers, energy workers, kinesiologists, chiropractors, coaches, Aura Mediators, craniosacral therapists and practitioners from every corner of the Healing Arts.

Again and again I meet people whose work genuinely changes lives.

People who have climbed out of unimaginable hardship and now dedicate themselves to helping others do the same.
