I am Noemi Lakmaier and Resolute Therapy is my East London based psychotherapy practice, where I work with adults from all walks of life, all genders and sexual diversities. I work from an existential-phenomenological perspective, which means that my approach to therapy is based in philosophy engaged with the question of what it means to be human. I believe therapy should be non-judgemental; it is not about categorising people, nor is it about establishing a diagnosis or finding a cure. As your therapist, I endevour to create a relationship of trust by listening and responding in such a way that anything and everything can be said, to try and make sense of where you are at and find new possibilities for being and moving forward. I practice in two locations in East London, at in Hoxton (N1) and in private rooms in Victoria Park Village (E9). I offer an initial appointment at £40. For ongoing sessions thereafter I charge between £50 and £80. This sliding scale is dependent on income.
