When your baby is uncomfortable, it feels like it steals the joy from you both and you just wish you knew what you could do to help! 👩‍🍼

Colic, trapped wind, teething and those mysterious little grumbles can be difficult for babies — and for the mums trying to soothe them. 🖤

In my baby massage classes, I can teach you gentle massage techniques that you can use at home to help soothe and comfort your baby when they’re struggling with some of these common discomforts.

But baby massage is about more than easing grumbles. It’s also a lovely opportunity to learn your baby’s cues, build confidence in responding to their needs and enjoy some calm, connected time together.
