🎽 👟🏅Did you hear the news that the 2027 London Marathon will now be a double event? We'd love to know your thoughts! Maybe you think it’s a good idea, or perhaps a bit risky?
Some thoughts that we have had are:

💭Great opportunity to give more deserving runners a spot
💭 More awareness for the worthy charities that marathoners are campaigning for
💭The disruption in the capital is going to now be doubled, affecting local communities
💭 The London Marathon has a lot of injuries, what will the pressure be to reduce this now it’s on for an extra day?

We’d love it if you added to the discussion in the comment section below! If you have a marathon or a long-distance run coming up soon and looking for physiotherapy, contact us now by tapping the link in bio 🔗

Neck pain is often blamed on posture, but posture is only one small part of the picture. This post explains why sustained load, muscle endurance and recovery matter more than perfect alignment, and why building strength and tolerance is often the most effective approach.

Great to see making such strong progress with his recovery!

It’s been a pleasure supporting his rehabilitation with a combination of hydrotherapy and physiotherapy sessions at Central Health.

Working in the water allows patients to move with less load through the joints while still building strength, confidence and mobility throughout the rehab process.

A big thank you to Piers for trusting our team with his recovery journey! Credit as well to our physios, Jack Greaves and Mike Lambert, for their excellent work guiding the sessions, and to Natasha Price for helping organise everything.

We’re delighted to see him back moving well again! 🙌🏻
