In the first photo, you can see the effects of ageing and weight loss, which had resulted in volume loss through the mid-face. This created negative facial vectors, contributing to mid-face collapse, tear trough hollowness, and more pronounced nasolabial folds.

The second photo (middle) was taken immediately after treatment. While there is already a noticeable improvement, some redness and swelling are present—which is completely normal and expected.

The final photo shows the result just a few weeks later, once the filler has settled and fully integrated into the tissues. By restoring support and volume to the mid-face, we created softer, more positive facial vectors while maintaining a completely natural appearance.

The result? A refreshed, rested, and beautifully balanced look without looking “done.”

This is a fantastic example of why it’s so important to trust the process. The immediate result is only part of the journey—allowing time for swelling to subside and for the product to integrate is when the true result is revealed.
