Using football & emotional literacy to provide support to the prison population. ♥️⚽️

Objective? Reduce reoffending, develop self regulation, autonomy and self actualise.

Education & employment helps many, for others who reoffend, they need more, as childhood gets in the way. I say this from previous work I’ve delivered in prison and data from previous studies.

The programme is theory married with football & fitness = Win. 🧐⚽️🏋️‍♂️
