Alongside my therapeutic practice, at Empathic Educators CIC we have a strong focus on emotional education and early intervention.
We facilitate workshops and educational programmes designed to promote self-awareness, resilience, confidence, mental-health awareness and personal development.
My commitment to community wellbeing extends beyond my clinical practice, as a community chair I contribute to initiatives focused on strengthening communities and supporting local people.
I am passionate about making emotional wellbeing support more accessible through innovation.
My work with reflects this wider vision: providing accessible digital tools that encourage young people to understand their emotions, track their wellbeing, develop healthy coping strategies and recognise when additional support may be needed.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people should not have to wait until they reach crisis point before learning how to understand and care for their emotional wellbeing.
My approach combines therapeutic knowledge with education, empowerment and practical tools, with the aim of helping people, parents and their children, move from simply managing difficulties to developing greater self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
