Continuing from my previous post, I would like to share a few more memorable moments from the 7th AAGC in Cairo. 🌟It was a privilege to contribute as a speaker, session chair, and to share my perspectives during a television interview. 🌟 Equally rewarding, was the opportunity to reconnect with respected colleagues and friends from around the world, all united by the same commitment to advancing women’s health. 🌟 These moments remind me that medicine is a lifelong journey of learning, teaching, listening, and continuous pursuit. I was honored to be invited as a speaker at the 7th International American Aesthetic Gynaecology Conference (AAGC), organised by the American Association, held in Cairo, Egypt on 16-17 July 2026. 🌟 This year’s conference brought together all subspecialties of Obstetrics and Gynaecology through an outstanding scientific program creating a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experience and strengthen international collaboration in women’s healthcare. 🌟 for me returning to Cairo is always especially meaningful. Beyond the privilege of contributing to the scientific programme, it is a wonderful opportunity to spend precious time with my family, reconnect with dear friends and colleagues from around the world, and meet once again with my colleagues from the Maternity Hospital of Ain Shams University, where so much of my professional journey began. 🌟 Year after year, the AAGC, continues to grow in both strength and reputation, bringing together an exceptional faculty and delegates committed to advancing our specialty. 🌟 My sincere congratulations to Dr Nagwan and the entire organising committee for another outstanding and highly successful conference. Celebrating 78 Years of the NHS❤️💙
Today, I proudly join millions in celebrating 78 years of the National Health Service—an institution built on compassion, dedication, excellence, and the belief that healthcare should be available to all according to need.
❤️For me, it has been one of the greatest privileges of my life serving as an NHS Obstetrician & Gynaecologist for 23years and ongoing
❤️I have had the honour of caring for women through some of the most important moments of their lives. Every patient has taught me something. Every colleague has inspired me. Every year has strengthened my commitment to learning, growing, and striving to provide the highest standards of care.
❤️As medicine continues to evolve, so too does my responsibility to keep learning, refining my skills, and embracing new knowledge with humility—always placing my patients at the heart of everything I do.
❤️I remain deeply grateful to every colleague across the NHS—doctors, nurses, midwives, healthcare assistants, allied health professionals, scientists, pharmacists, porters, administrators, emergency services, cleaners, volunteers, and every member of the wider NHS family—whose dedication makes extraordinary care possible every single day.
❤️Today, I renew the same promise I made when I first began this journey:
To continue building my knowledge, refining my skills, practising with humility, and caring for every patient with compassion and respect.

Today is the Father’s Day. Although it is a once a year celebration, I celebrate my father every day-in my thoughts, in my values and in the way I strive to live my life. 🌟 my father Dr A YOUSRI was my hero, my role model, my mentor, my greatest supporter, and the solid rock upon which our family always stood. He inspired me and my brother with quiet wisdom, unconditional love and unwavering faith in us. Whatever path I chose, he encouraged me to follow it with integrity, and compassion. Thank you dad for believing in me. 🌟 As a doctor, my dad devoted his life to caring for others with exceptional kindness, humility, and dignity. His nobility of character, generosity of spirit and dedication to both his family, and his Patient remain, an inspiration to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. 🌟To The Soul of My Beloved Dad: “ I will be always indebted to you”. Today Muslims around the world celebrate the blessed occasion of Eid Al-Adha, marking the annual Hajj pilgrimage— a profound spiritual journey of faith, devotion, sacrifice, gratitude, mercy and hope. 🌟 Eid Al-Aldha symbolises the very essence of submitting one’s will completely to the creator, placing faith above ego and world desires, and giving things for God endless mercy and provisions.
