Infra-orbital rim implants are prostheses that are placed along the lower eye socket bone to correct structural hollowing, provide support for the lower eyelid, and improve facial appearance. These implants can be made from a variety of materials.

We show one of our patients who underwent infra-orbital rim insertion with medpore implants to correct negative vector using a transconjunctival approach at 3 months post op.

Prognathism is a medical condition that occurs when the maxilla, or mandible, or both stick out. This can cause issues with teeth alignment, speech and chewing food. When the teeth are aligned, and there are no issues with chewing, a reduction genioplasty can be a surgical solution.

We show one of our patients at just a week post a reduction genioplasty. 3mm of bone was removed to set the chin back.
