Our biggest USP is that as part of your membership we provide you with a Personal Trainer to work with, to design your exercise regime and coach you FREE OF CHARGE! Over the last 5 years we have

had members achieve goals like lose 15 stone, climb Kilimanjaro, run a marathon, compete in Iron Man & Iron Woman and cycle London to Paris. We have a team that consist of trainers who range from a British Record holding power lifter (women's' 60kg), Martial Arts experts, an Ex-international Tennis player, a world record holding ocean rower and fitness professionals that have more than 10 years experience working with all different types of clientèle.
