London Gong may be closed in London for the summer, but I’m very busy in East Sussex! Note I am back in Angel in September and if you are closer to Bushey/Stanmore you will be pleased to here I re-start some sessions in Bushey Heath from September.

For the Summer I have a lovely programme of sound baths coming up at The Humble Hub in St Leonards-on-Sea, including my usual Gong Baths and Sound Journeys and two new Shamanic-Inspired Sound Baths.

**Gong Bath & Sound Journey**

Sunday 26 July, 6.45pm–8pm
Sunday 9 August, 4.45pm–6pm
Sunday 23 August, 4.45pm–6pm

**Shamanic-Inspired Sound Bath**

Sunday 2 August, 5.30pm–6.45pm
Friday 14 August, 7pm–8.15pm

The new sessions feature medicine drum, Native American-style flute, rattles, chimes and sounds of nature. They are sound baths inspired by my shamanic training and are not gong baths or shamanic journeying sessions.

St Leonards is around 1 hour 20 minutes from London Bridge, so why not enjoy a summer day by the sea and finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath?
