For the second year in a row and ultimately the final one as would decline nomination moving forward, I am ever so grateful to the beautiful aesthetic industry for their recognition this year. Working closely with my mentors to create “the snatched lift” procedure and with various industry partners and standards setters was both a privilege and honour. If I ever contributed or succeeded is because of the intertwined efforts of thousands of teachers, friends, colleagues, patients and family culminating in this honour!

It is my great pleasure and honour to evolve the London Aesthetic Regenerative Symposium into the R.E.A.L Summit at 2026 - Olympia London on Saturday 9 May. I will be introducing the day at 10am and delivering the Epilogue at 5pm with my talk “From Regenerative Aesthetics to Structured Longevity Medicine: Integration, Responsibility and the Future.”

This summit is something I am truly proud of and I cannot wait to share the stage with such an extraordinary group of clinicians and thought leaders.

Happy 200th Birthday to my beautiful alma mater, University College London.

It was here that I was academically shaped — completing my Master’s in Surgical Science and my PhD in Stem Cell Biology — in an environment that demanded intellectual rigour, independent thought, and scientific courage.

Founded in 1826, UCL was the first university in England to admit students regardless of religion and the first to welcome women on equal terms. It rejected metaphysical and sectarian bias from the outset — a truly radical idea for its time — and it continues to stand as a global beacon of enlightenment and progressive academic excellence.
