A fun thing to do after the clock change?
Go for a sunrise walk.
It is so important to ensure that we are getting adequate amounts of light at this time of year. But rather than just thinking of doing outdoor exercise, try to make it fun and novel.
A sunrise walk could be just that. It makes getting daylight more seem more creative and personalised. You could be one amongst a few whilst out at the crack of dawn and even gain a sense that you are beating the day. A sunrise walk could make your physical exercise become more energising and help to create clearer thinking and better focus.
I made this contribution to an iNews article about fun things to do when it gets dark with the clock change. https://inews.co.uk/news/when-do-clocks-change-back-forward-3303625?srsltid=AfmBOoo6At8LtNCb88iSlgO04w3CaCkkl-eU__AS-79Q3o9_rMdHXoy0 (behind a paywall)
