World Mediation Day 2020 🙏🧘‍♀️🌍 Feel blessed that I was able to teach Meta meditation (loving kindness) to my regular students and family on this special day. Over 2 years ago I completed my Meditation Teacher training and I still need to remind myself to sit down, sit tall and zoom in 🙏🧘‍♀️🌍

Loved being a part of this event last week ❤️ I got to teach a wonderful yoga class to mothers and their lovely babies and even left with a little goody bag of organic plant based baby food for Aisha. Beautiful weekend on the south coast. I love being by the water and the energy it brings. Waking up to the sounds of the waves has inspired my lesson planning this week, looking forward to teaching some flow movements tomorrow evening to my Streatham Yogis🙏🌊❤️
