In this case, the patient had congenitally missing lateral incisors, which means the teeth on either side of the two front teeth did not develop naturally.

In this before and after case, the patient wanted to improve the colour and overall appearance of their smile. The front crown was darker, damaged and no longer blending well with the surrounding teeth, which made the smile look uneven.

We started with RISIO teeth whitening to brighten the natural teeth first. This step is important because crowns do not whiten like natural teeth, so the surrounding teeth need to be whitened before choosing the final crown shade.

Once the teeth had reached a brighter shade, we replaced the old crown with new cosmetic crown designed to match the improved colour and create a more balanced, natural-looking smile.

The result is fresher, brighter and more harmonious, without looking overdone.
