When we talk about Pride, we often talk about visibility and celebration.

For me, Pride is also about being able to show up as ourselves completely.

Not just when we feel strong, but when we feel vulnerable too.

In this workshop we’ll explore that through grounding standing postures and supported restorative practice, creating space to connect, reflect and restore in community.

I’d love to welcome you.

This workshop is open to LGBTQ+ people, allies, trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming communities, and anyone seeking a welcoming and inclusive space to practise.
