After four years of shared journeys, my treatment table has found a new home with a fellow healer. I’m excited to see it continue spreading waves of healing energy to many more💫

🌱In its place, I’ve welcomed my third table from .uk – the same trusted model I’ve returned to time and again. Quality that endures, comfort that speaks for itself.

💜Every session begins here: a safe and peaceful space where tension melts away, where energy flows freely, and where body and mind remember their natural balance.

Whether you’re curious about experiencing a healing session or drawn to learning Reiki yourself, the door is always open.

🦋 Sometimes, the most profound shifts begin with a single breath on a treatment table

Part 2 of “Finding the Essence of Reiki” is here! ✨
In this article, we explore the deeper meaning behind each character in the traditional Reiki kanji, and uncover the true nature of Reiju (often called “attunement” in the West) and what it truly represents.

For those seeking to go beyond surface-level understanding and connect with Reiki’s authentic origins, this exploration offers insights that might transform your practice.

🙌Happy Learning, Happy Teaching ✨
What a heart-opening 3-day Jikiden Reiki journey we shared!

The room was filled with uplifting vibes, gentle laughter, and the kind of connection that makes teaching such a joy.

A huge thank you to the lovely ladies who joined me — including three who travelled all the way from Switzerland and Poland! Your curiosity, dedication, and warm presence made this course truly special.

Zoe, thank you again for the delicious sourdough panettone. It brought the perfect sweetness to our Reiki days💜

I’m feeling deeply grateful… and excited for the journeys we’ll all continue.

If you’re thinking about learning Jikiden Reiki, I’d love to welcome you into the next course. Let’s grow, heal, and enjoy the practice together. ✨
