I had such fantastic time on yesterday with wonderful hosts for the UK and in the US for their live show The Healing Power of Your Dreams - thank you for having me!💫

Joining me was witch and shaman Maja D’Aoust, clinical psychologist and spiritual teacher and author .

We discussed all things psychic dreams and shared dreams, with a little bit of Grease thrown in for good measure. 💖

Don’t worry, if you missed the live show, you can always listen to the replay at www.ukhealthradio.com.

None of this would be possible without the fabulous founder and CEO of UK Health Radio Johann Ilgenfritz who, following his own survival from a terminal cancer diagnosis, created the station to inform and encourage people to take an active, positive role in their own health and wellness, which we all know is my philosophy too.

Until next time… look at your dreams through the mirror of meaning 🪞, they might just be reflecting back something you haven’t been seeing with your conscious mind.

BIG LOVE 🙏🏼🩵✨

Today is my mum’s birthday; she died at fifty-six. Now I’m fifty, I find myself thinking about her age more than ever - the gap between us closing a little more with every year that passes, each birthday bringing with it a quiet and growing understanding of how young she really was.

I was walking around Trentham Gardens earlier when I stopped beneath these sculptures; giant dandelion clocks, fifteen feet tall, their seeds caught mid-flight, suspended in the moment just before the wind takes them, and they took me back to a childhood memory.

When I was little, we’d often take the dog for walks in the Yorkshire Moors and I’d pick dandelion clocks and blow them; making wishes, spinning in circles, watching the seeds drift and scatter into the wind. My mum would always warn me off the yellow ones - they’ll make you wet the bed, she would say 😳- but the clocks she would always allow. There was something special about blowing a wish into the wind together, that felt like a particular kind of magic between us. 💫

She died on the 30th October 2004. That winter was when the first dandelion clock arrived; not outside, where they grow between spring and autumn, and where their presence would make perfect sense, but inside - floating towards me in a room where no window was open, on a day when they were not in season.

As strange as this felt, I acknowledged it and moved on, but this went on to become her calling card, arriving on too many occasions and in too many impossible circumstances to explain away, so it’s very apt I end up somewhere with giant dandelion clocks on her birthday.

Research consistently shows that between 50 and 80% of bereaved people report some form of contact with someone they have lost; most of them carry it in silence, because the world gave them no language for it and no permission to speak.

I am telling you today, on her birthday, beneath the dandelion clocks at Trentham Gardens - reminders are everywhere if you choose to see them. 🌬️🌼

What has someone you have loved and lost ever sent you? I would love to hear your below.

I’d just turned twenty-nine, was three months pregnant with my second daughter, standing in a hospital resuscitation room begging my mum to stay. 🥺

‘Please don’t leave me... you promised you’d be there... I can’t do this on my own.’

The reply came instantly, the way a mother answers a child she still wants to comfort, even when she has nothing left to give.

‘I’m sorry, the extent of the damage is so severe, I can’t come back from this, I’d be in a vegetative state - I don’t want that for you.’

She’d had a sudden, catastrophic brain haemorrhage whilst looking after my three-year-old daughter, Maya, who’d been alone with her for up to an hour before my dad came home.

Then in came the neurologist with the MRI scan in hand, mirroring her words, ‘I’m sorry, the extent of the damage is so severe, she will never regain consciousness’.

Her body was still in intensive care, yet somehow she was right there with me; clear, present, still very much my mum.

My mum kept on mothering... ❤️

When my dad sent me home to find the address book so he could call family, it wasn’t where it always was. I looked everywhere and as I stood there wondering, my mum told me; ‘it’s in the glove compartment of your dad’s car’ - somewhere neither of us would have checked, and yet, there it was!

A few days later, my dad called saying the necklace he wanted her to wear in the coffin had vanished. Again, my mum directed me to a sealed box, in a bag, under a table at my in-laws’ house, in a room she had never set foot in; and again, when I opened the box, there it was. 💫

She was still doing what she’d always done in life, tying up the loose ends, helping her family in the only way a mother knows how.

The relationship hadn’t ended; it had simply changed form - motherhood doesn’t end at the grave.

Tomorrow would have been her birthday and I miss her every single day. ❤️

If you woke up tomorrow and truly knew someone you love had only a short time left, what would you do with that time and what would you change?  I’d love to hear your thoughts. 🩵👇✨

Today, on Earth Day, I want to offer you a perspective that sits at the heart of QuantumSelf Psychology™.

The Earth and the body speak the same language; both carry symptoms that reflect something deeper, both show us, with breathtaking precision, exactly what needs to be seen, felt and healed.

We have been taught to see ourselves as separate from the natural world; separate from the Earth beneath our feet, separate from the field that connects all living things.

In that separation, we've forgotten something essential; that what we carry individually ripples outward collectively, and that healing ourselves may be one of the most profound contributions we can make to the world we inhabit.

In QuantumSelf Psychology™ we understand healing as multi-dimensional and relational; it moves through the body, through the ancestral bloodline, through the energetic field and outward into the collective.

When you process your own pain, release your inherited patterns and reconnect with your whole authentic Self, you shift something in the field around you. That shift matters.

Go outside if you can, put your feet on the Earth, and let her hold you whilst you hold yourself.

You are the Earth. The Earth is you. 🌍🩵✨

How are you contributing to healing the Earth? I'd love to know. 👇🌍🩵

Some books arrive in your life at exactly the right moment.
I’m told this one has a habit of doing that too. 💫

The Psychic Psychologist® brings together twenty-six years of clinical practice as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Coach, Psychic Medium, Shaman and Reiki Healer with something most psychology books would never dare include; the psychic, the symbolic and the deeply intuitive.

📘Winner of the Writers’ Workshop for the UK and Europe, with a foreword by world-renowned medium Gordon Smith, it’s the book that shows you, when you are fully connected on all levels of the Self - body, heart, mind and soul, you can break free from your past, transform your trauma, process your pain and learn to live a life you love.

Inside you’ll find the Hierarchy of Healing®, the Mirror of Meaning™, the Release and Reprogramming Method and the Timeline of Transformation™; a complete framework drawing on quantum physics, epigenetics, neuroscience and consciousness research for understanding why your body speaks, why your patterns repeat across generations (even lifetimes), and how to consciously rewire your timeline - healing ancestral trauma, releasing past-life imprints and calling in the future Self you were always meant to become.

If you’ve been following this week’s posts on the Mirror of Meaning™, the body speaking its truth and the patterns that keep repeating across decades, this is where those ideas live in full; with the clinical evidence, the personal stories and the tools to work with all of it yourself.

If you’re arriving here fresh, welcome. 🙏🏼✨This might be exactly where you were always meant to start.

No.1 International Bestseller. Five book awards. Available in paperback, e-book and audiobook from all good bookstores.

This might need to be my professional headshot now. 🤣

Have you ever noticed that your symptoms seem to arrive at the most telling moments of your life?

Not always. Not every headache is a hidden message and not every illness carries symbolic weight. In twenty-six years of professional practice as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, life coach and hypnotherapist, I have sat with enough people - and lived enough of my own story - to know that the body, the emotions, the recurring patterns of our lives and the so-called coincidences that arrive with uncanny timing, could all be speaking a language most of us were never taught to read. 💫

We were taught to separate the symptom from the story, the body from the biography, the physical from the meaningful. What if that separation has been costing us?

In QuantumSelf Psychology™ I call this the Mirror of Meaning™; the understanding that life may not simply happen to us, but could also happen through us and for us, reflecting back with breathtaking precision the very things we most need to see, feel and heal.

This carousel is a self-enquiry; a practical framework for reading your own mirror across three levels, the body, the pattern and the symbolic. Work through it and you may find yourself understanding, perhaps for the first time, why a particular symptom keeps returning, why the same dynamic keeps appearing in your relationships, or why a moment you dismissed as coincidence may have been carrying something far more significant.

Before you begin, sit quietly, expand your awareness and connect with your Soul Self, setting the intention to work through the Mirror of Meaning™ with its guidance. The insight this brings could be the beginning of the most meaningful healing work you have ever done.

Save this. Come back to it. Share it with someone whose body has been speaking and who hasn’t yet known how to listen.

Which mirror is showing up for you right now? Let’s talk about it in the comments; I respond to every one. 👇🩵

There’s a particular feeling that arrives when life sends you the same lesson again and again.

That quiet, slightly uncomfortable ‘of course it’s this’; the moment something that has been trying to reach you for a while finally finds its way through. 💫

For me, this time, it arrived as an early stage cataract diagnosis.

Life had been showing up everywhere with the same message, and when I sat with it through the Mirror of Meaning™, two patterns I hadn’t fully acknowledged came into focus - the scattered attention of someone trying to be everywhere at once, working on too many projects simultaneously, and the familiar depletion of someone who pours everything into everyone else and wonders why her own well runs dry.

My eyes were simply showing me what I hadn’t yet been willing to see clearly.

The Mirror of Meaning™ asks only one question of you; ‘what is this showing you.’ That single shift in perspective; from feeling at the mercy of your circumstances to becoming a curious witness of them, could be one of the most quietly transformative moves you ever make.

This is the Mirror of Meaning™ in practice; a living, breathing, sometimes uncomfortably accurate tool for understanding what your life has been trying to show you all along.

Tomorrow I’m sharing the full framework as a self-enquiry; everything you need to start reading what your life has been trying to show you. ✨

What situation in your life right now feels uncomfortably familiar? Let’s talk in the comments. 👇🩵

If you saw my Kaa post on how people have always opened up and told me their secrets, you’ll know my eyes have always been... a thing. 👀

So last week when I was told I have the beginnings of cataracts, something in me went very quiet; the particular stillness that arrives when life shows you it’s time to reflect on how you’ve been living your life and what impact that might have on your future.

I’ve spent twenty-six years helping people see themselves more clearly; their patterns, their pain, the stories they’ve been telling themselves for so long they’ve forgotten they wrote them. Seeing deeply has never just been something I do professionally; it’s something I do in every room, in every conversation, with both my internal and external vision, and I suppose I took it for granted. 😨

In QuantumSelf Psychology™ I teach the Mirror of Meaning; the understanding that the body speaks that which we’re not yet consciously seeing - wisdom lives in pausing to ask what a particular symptom might be reflecting. I’ve done this with clients countless times - this time it’s my turn - it’s now my body that’s speaking, asking me what I was failing to see clearly in myself.

What surfaced was uncomfortably, yet perfectly accurate. I’ve not been seeing clearly - I’m writing two books simultaneously, developing card decks, building courses for The School of QuantumSelf Psychology™, programming my Therappi® app, leaving no space for myself. My attention has been scattered so thinly, that I’ve lost the quality of focus that’s always been my greatest gift.

My eyes, in their infinite wisdom, were showing me exactly what I needed to see. True discernment sometimes means recognising when a physical intervention is the most loving response; I’ve booked a private consultation to discuss lens replacement surgery - the spiritual path and the surgeon’s table are not in opposition. 💫

I’m a little squeamish so please share if you’ve had it done. 🙏🏼

What’s your body been trying to tell you lately? Let’s talk in the comments.👇🩵

My friends called me Kaa. 🐍

Every time we went out as teenagers and someone new started talking to us, they’d start a timer - a minute, sometimes two - then came the challenge: ‘tell us everything you know about them.’ I always could; out would come a depth of detail that would have challenged a well-seasoned therapist, and yet, I was still at school.

The strangers never seemed to notice what was happening; they’d warm to me within moments, leaning in, telling me things - the kind of things people don’t usually tell someone they’ve only just met.

My friends put it down to my eyes. ‘It’s the eyes,’ they’d say, laughing; ‘hypnotic, like Kaa from Jungle Book.’ The name stuck.

I let them have their explanation, it was easier than the truth, because even then, at seventeen, eighteen, I knew it was something more; something that had nothing to do with my eyes and everything to do with a way of perceiving that I had no framework for yet, no language, no permission to trust.

I could feel into people; their pain, their longing, their carefully hidden stories. I just didn’t know what to call it.

So I did what made the most sense at the time; I became a psychologist. 👩🏼‍⚕️

For twenty years I kept the other part quiet; the part that saw things, knew things, felt things that had no ordinary explanation.

The eyes kept doing what they’d always done though, and the secrets kept finding their way into the conversation.

It was only through the development of QuantumSelf Psychology™ that I finally found the map for what I’d always been doing; a framework that holds both the science and the soul, the psychologist and the psychic, the seen and the unseen.

That’s who I am now - The Psychic Psychologist® - and it turns out, it’s who I always was. 💫

📘 If any of this resonates, my book ‘The Psychic Psychologist’ is where this journey began; and where yours might too. The link is in my bio.

Drop a comment if you’re the one everyone tells their secrets to. I have a feeling there are a few of us... 👇🩵💫
