I hold a Level 5 Mastership in Reflexology which is the highest standard of training available in the UK and allows me to be called a Clinical Reflexologist; this means that I am trained to work on clients with medical conditions. I completed my training under Hagar Basis at Reflexology Academy. I

What is Reflexology:
Reflexology is a non-intrusive holistic and complementary health therapy which helps the body to restore its natural balance. It is based on the principle that all parts of the body are represented by reflexes in the hands and feet which when stimulated, circulation is improved to the relevant areas and the body can begin its own healing process. Reflexology allows the body to fall into a deeply relaxed state and generates a feeling of improved well-being. Treatments:
Your first session will begin with a short but comprehensive lifestyle/medical consultation and health check on the foot to ensure there are no contraindications. The first treatment will typically be an investigative session to allow me to develop your individually tailored treatment plan for follow-up sessions. I will recommend how many follow up sessions you may require however you are under no obligations. Generally this can range from 4-6 treatments. First treatments include a health and lifestyle consultation as well as the refelxology treatment. WHETSTONE CLINIC

After 7 long years and numerous rounds of IVF, a gorgeous couple I have been working with over the last year, finally have this long awaited, incredible news.

This is why I do what I do.

Regular treatments have helped him improve his poor s***m morphology and motility resulting in a strong embryo for transfer. They were almost about to look for donor s***m yet decided to give it one last try. The reflexology sessions have also helped her with endometriosis and have helped create a positive environment for the embryo to implant.

We are now at the 12 week point and the scan is showing a healthy baby 💛
