Sometimes the best thing you can do for your ADHD is change your environment.

Walking around the Eden Project reminded me of something I talk about with my clients all the time.

Our ADHD brains are wired to seek novelty. New places, new experiences and new challenges all give us a healthy dopamine boost.

The problem is that many of us end up relying on those moments to feel motivated.

We keep waiting for inspiration to arrive before we take action.

But if you’re running a business, you can’t depend on motivation alone.

You need systems that work even on the days when your dopamine is low.

That’s exactly why I created the ADHD Thrive Circle.

A place where business owners and professionals with ADHD learn how to regulate their nervous system, build ADHD friendly structure and finally execute consistently without relying on last minute panic or endless motivation.

Because success with ADHD isn’t about finding more dopamine.

It’s about learning how to work with the brain you already have.

Our next cohort starts on 10th August, and we only have a few places remaining.

If you’re ready to stop fighting your ADHD and start using it as a strength, I’d love to have you join us.

If you've ever thought...

"I know what I need to do... so why can't I just do it?"

You're not lazy.
You're not lacking motivation.
And you're definitely not broken.

Most people with ADHD don't struggle because they don't know enough.

They struggle because they try to manage an ADHD brain with systems that were never designed for one.

More productivity hacks won't solve emotional overwhelm.
A new planner won't fix time blindness.
More willpower won't overcome an ADHD nervous system that's constantly chasing urgency.

That's exactly why I created the ADHD Thrive Circle.

A small group coaching programme for business owners and professionals with ADHD who want practical strategies, accountability and a community that genuinely understands how their brain works.

Inside you'll get:

✨ 3 live coaching sessions each month
✨ Practical ADHD strategies you can implement immediately
✨ A supportive community that keeps you accountable
✨ Session recordings if you can't attend live
✨ Access to our private Skool community between sessions

Our next cohort starts Monday 10th August at 2:30pm (UK time).

Places are intentionally limited so everyone receives the support they need.

If you're ready to stop surviving your ADHD and start working with it, I'd love to welcome you.

Glamping in Cornwall last week.

As someone with ADHD, I've learned that rest isn't the opposite of productivity. It's part of it.

Getting away from the constant notifications, deadlines, and demands gave me something that can be hard to find in everyday life: space to think. Space to breathe. Space to reconnect with what really matters.

Adventure is more than just fun. It gives our ADHD brains healthy dopamine through novelty, nature, movement, and shared experiences. It reminds us that we don't always need to chase more. Sometimes we simply need to pause.

Most importantly, it was time spent with family.

In my work as an ADHD coach, I often see people believing they need to push harder, work longer, or become more disciplined. But the reality is that sustainable performance comes from balancing effort with recovery.

Stepping away helped me come back with more clarity, more creativity, and more energy than another week of powering through ever could.

If you have ADHD, don't underestimate the value of intentionally creating moments that refill your mental and emotional batteries. Your nervous system needs recovery just as much as your body does.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is close the laptop, head outdoors, and make memories with the people who matter most.

How do you reset when life starts to feel overwhelming?

22/07/2026

10 days ago I was dancing my heart out at the PITBULL concert in Hyde Park... and it was SO needed. 💃🏼

For a few hours, I wasn't thinking about my to-do list, the things I'd forgotten, or all the tabs open in my brain.

I was just there.

Dancing.
Singing.
Laughing.
Living in the moment.

When you have ADHD, life can feel heavy sometimes. You're constantly managing things that other people don't even have to think about.

That's exactly why moments like this matter.

Giving yourself permission to have fun isn't being irresponsible. It isn't avoiding reality.

It's filling your cup.

We deserve moments that remind us we're more than our struggles. More than our symptoms. More than the endless mental load.

So if you've been waiting for permission to book the tickets, dance badly, laugh loudly or simply enjoy yourself...

This is it. ❤️

When was the last time you did something just because it made you happy?

Running a business with ADHD can feel incredibly lonely sometimes.

You have endless ideas but struggle with follow-through.

You know what needs to be done, but feel overwhelmed by where to start.

You swing between hyperfocus and burnout, productivity and paralysis, confidence and self-doubt.

The truth is, you're not lazy, broken or failing at business. Your brain simply works differently, and you don't have to navigate it alone.

That's exactly why I created **The ADHD Thrive Circle** – a supportive group coaching programme for business owners with ADHD.

Together, we'll focus on practical strategies, reducing overwhelm, creating structure that actually works for you and having a community that truly understands the challenges of running a business with ADHD.

The next group starts on **6th July** and there are now only a few spaces remaining.

If you've been thinking about getting support, this may be your sign to take the next step.

One thing I wish more adults with ADHD truly understood is this:

You are not failing because life feels hard to manage sometimes.

ADHD can impact:
• Focus
• Time management
• Emotional regulation
• Motivation
• Confidence
• Daily routines
• Relationships
• Self esteem

And after years of trying to “push through,” many people end up exhausted and disconnected from themselves.

Support matters.

Not judgement.
Not shame.
Not impossible expectations.

My ADHD group coaching programme is designed to provide a supportive, understanding space where you can learn practical ADHD friendly strategies whilst feeling less alone in the process.

We focus on creating sustainable systems and realistic support rather than perfection.

The next programme starts on 6th July and there are now only a handful of spaces remaining.

If you're constantly telling yourself that you need to try harder, get more disciplined or be more organised, this video is for you.

The truth is that ADHD is not a motivation problem. It's a regulation problem.

That's why I created The ADHD Thrive Method.

Inside this programme, we'll focus on three key areas:

Regulate: Learn how to manage overwhelm, emotional dysregulation and stress.

Structure: Build ADHD friendly systems that support focus, planning and follow through.

Execute: Turn ideas into action and create momentum without relying on willpower.

This isn't about forcing yourself into neurotypical productivity strategies.

It's about understanding your brain and learning how to work with it instead of against it.

The next group starts this Monday.

Send me a message with the word 'THRIVE', and I'll send you the details.

Living with ADHD can sometimes feel like constantly trying to hold everything together whilst your brain is moving in ten different directions at once.

You want to stay organised.
You want to stay consistent.
You want to follow through on plans and routines.

But instead, many people find themselves stuck in cycles of:
• Overwhelm
• Burnout
• Paralysis
• Emotional exhaustion
• Starting and stopping
• Feeling frustrated with themselves

And the hardest part is often feeling like nobody else fully understands how difficult it can feel internally.

This is one of the reasons group coaching can be so powerful.

Not because anyone expects perfection, but because being supported by people who genuinely understand ADHD can make such a huge difference.

My ADHD group coaching programme focuses on practical tools, emotional support, accountability and creating systems that work for real life.

The next intake starts on 6th July and there are now only a few remaining spots available.

So many adults with ADHD are carrying years of hidden shame.

Shame around:
• Being “too much”
• Forgetting things
• Struggling with consistency
• Emotional overwhelm
• Burnout
• Feeling behind in life

After a while, it can start to feel like you are constantly fighting against yourself.

This is why ADHD support is not just about productivity.

It is also about compassion, nervous system support, emotional regulation and learning how to work with your brain rather than constantly criticising it.

Inside my ADHD group coaching programme, we explore practical ADHD friendly tools whilst also creating a supportive space where people feel understood and less alone.

The next intake starts on 6th July and there are now only a few spots left available.

ADHD can make even small everyday tasks feel mentally exhausting sometimes.

Replying to messages.
Starting admin.
Keeping on top of routines.
Remembering appointments.
Trying not to forget everything at once.

And when this happens over and over again, many people start becoming incredibly hard on themselves.

But struggling does not mean you are lazy.
And needing support does not mean you are failing.

My ADHD group coaching programme is designed to offer practical support, gentle accountability and a space where you do not have to mask or explain yourself constantly.

Together we focus on:
• Understanding ADHD more deeply
• Creating supportive structure
• Managing overwhelm
• Building confidence and self trust
• Developing realistic systems that actually work

The next group starts on 6th July and there are now only a few spaces remaining.
