Sometimes the best thing you can do for your ADHD is change your environment.
Walking around the Eden Project reminded me of something I talk about with my clients all the time.
Our ADHD brains are wired to seek novelty. New places, new experiences and new challenges all give us a healthy dopamine boost.
The problem is that many of us end up relying on those moments to feel motivated.
We keep waiting for inspiration to arrive before we take action.
But if you’re running a business, you can’t depend on motivation alone.
You need systems that work even on the days when your dopamine is low.
That’s exactly why I created the ADHD Thrive Circle.
A place where business owners and professionals with ADHD learn how to regulate their nervous system, build ADHD friendly structure and finally execute consistently without relying on last minute panic or endless motivation.
Because success with ADHD isn’t about finding more dopamine.
It’s about learning how to work with the brain you already have.
Our next cohort starts on 10th August, and we only have a few places remaining.
If you’re ready to stop fighting your ADHD and start using it as a strength, I’d love to have you join us.
