A huge thank you to Nuala and the Women Over Fifty Film Festival (WOFFF) for a wonderful afternoon of short films exploring ageing, friendship and the beautiful power of neighbourliness. 🌿🎬
It was such a delight to gather, watch, laugh, reflect, and recognise pieces of our own stories on screen. The conversations that followed were just as rich.
And what a perfect way to end the afternoon — a calming and restorative chair yoga session with Jess. 🧘♀️✨
